EVENT POLICIES:
The events provided by MTK Casino Parties and Poker Events are provided for entertainment only. Tournaments are structured to maximize player enjoyment and efficient ending time. Setup is one (1) hour prior to start of play. Casino events include four (4) hours of play after start of game. For each additional hour, there will be a charge of $40 per hour for each dealer, and $50 per hour for each floor person. Client must contact at least 72 hours prior to date of service/event to confirm all details. The client is liable for any unforseen circumstances outside their control, including (but not limited to) power outages and inclement weather.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the event is cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to date of service, the client is liable for fifty percent (50%) of original cost. Postponement of an event may be permitted, provided the client provides at least thirty (30) days notice.
PAYMENT:
Checks payable to: MTK Casino Parties. Deposits are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance due the day of the event, as well as any payments made up to one week before the event must be paid in cash. If a check is dishonored for any reason, the client shall be assessed a twenty-five dollar ($25) charge in addition to their remaining balance, and the event will be put on hold until the issue is cleared. Gratuities for event personnel are not included and are greatly appreciated.
